This research was intended to describe the leadership of principal in developing teacher resources. study qualitative and employed a phenomenological approach. conducted at two public elementary schools Balangan Regency. Principals instructors have been identified as Key Informants through use purposive sampling. Interviewing, observation, documenting are techniques for collecting data. Validity data is determined by triangulating engineering triangulation peer review triangulation. The collected analyzed using interactive analysis Huberman model, which comprises gathering, display, reduction, verification/inference. According findings study, model utilized development resources democratic transformational structured supervision, in-house training, involvement external training.
